Everything is shifting.
What felt stable last year, or even last week, isn't anymore. And it's loud. Not just the news cycles. The internal noise too. The spinning. The second-guessing. The sense that something important is trying to get through but can't find a quiet enough channel.
Most of us respond by reaching for strategy. Analysis. Effort. When those don't work, we try harder. Maybe we meditate between tries.
But there are other ways of knowing available. Ways that become accessible when we get quiet enough to listen.
I've started calling this capacity Vibrational Intelligence. VQ.
It's not a new practice. It's a name for something humans have always done: attune to information beyond what the analytical mind can process. The practices for building it have been around for a very long time. We just stopped using most of them.
Quiet Vision is a three-month immersion into developing your VQ. Together, in a small group, through practice that builds real capacity.

Maybe you can relate
You've had moments where you knew something you couldn't have known. Sensed the right move before logic caught up. Felt the energy shift in a room before anyone spoke.
Maybe those moments are rare and you want them to be more reliable. Maybe they happen often and you want to go deeper. Maybe you've done a lot of inner work and sense there's a whole realm you haven't had access to yet.
Or maybe you came through a Beyond Strategy workshop and something opened up that you don't want to close.
Either way, something's calling.
Quiet Vision is for people who've caught a glimpse and want to explore what's possible. And it's for those who sense that the times we're in demand something beyond what conventional tools can provide.
What This Is
Quiet Vision is a three-month immersive container for a small group exploring and building their vibrational intelligence together.
Over 12 weeks, you'll develop five core capacities: attunement, range, discernment, trust and action, and tending.
We build these through three interwoven layers:
Self: Attuning to your own body, nervous system, and inner knowing. Learning to distinguish what's yours from what you've absorbed. This is where VQ starts, calibrating to the inner compass before tuning to wider frequencies.
Spirit: Accessing guidance beyond rational strategy through practices like The Library Method, breathwork, and active imagination. This is where range and discernment develop. We're not just receiving more. We're learning to sort what comes through.
Community: We're not figuring this out alone. The cohort becomes the space for practicing trust and action, especially when the stakes are real and the analytical mind is screaming to override your knowing. That's where the group does its most important work.
What becomes possible
People who do this work consistently describe a shift that's hard to put into words.
Anxiety decreases. Sleep comes easier. Presence deepens in a way others can feel. Trust in your own yes and no grows.
Not because you're adding more practices to your routine. Because you're operating from a wider range of frequency, connection, and information. Your system remembers what it already knows how to do.
You'll learn specific practices for accessing different layers of information: your own system, the field, other people, the space itself. And you'll build supportive structures you can return to again and again for insight, support, and nourishment.
Much of what becomes possible will surprise you (and me, as well!). This work has a strong element of emergence, revealing itself through the connections we build across the 12 weeks.
There's much more information and connection available than we've been taught is possible. We can reclaim our capacity to access it..
This is for you if. . .
You have maturity. Not necessarily in age, but in how you show up to complexity and growth. You've done meaningful inner work and recognize there's always more territory to explore.
You carry weight that matters. Maybe that's in an organization, a practice, a community, a family. You hold responsibility and navigate complexity — and you want to do it from a deeper place.
You have some stability. Not because this work is only for the privileged, but because developing these capacities requires bandwidth. It's harder to attune to subtle signals when you're in survival mode.
You recognize that conventional tools alone aren't sufficient for what you're navigating. Logic and strategy have their place, but they're not enough. You sense there are other ways of knowing available to you.
You're willing to practice. This isn't about consuming information or collecting tools. It's about showing up consistently, trying things that might feel unfamiliar, and bringing what you're learning into your actual life and work.
You can commit to yourself and to a cohort over three months. The transformation happens through sustained practice and genuine connection with others on a similar path.
The Container.
We’ll meet over the course of 3 months, live over Zoom for 90 minutes per week with an asynchronous community space for connection, reflection, and support.
Our second cohort begins April 30th! We’ll meet weekly at 9 AM PT on 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28, 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/16

We build the foundation. You learn to attune to your own system: breath, body, the quality of your thinking. The Core Self practice gives you a home base. We begin breathwork. You'll start developing tending practices that keep your receiver clear. Community starts forming through shared practice.
These are the first two capacities of VQ: attunement (learning to tune in) and tending (keeping the instrument calibrated).

We go wider. We explore The Library Method, an imaginal space where you can access guidance that doesn't arrive through the analytical mind. Active imagination practices expand your range into territory you may have glimpsed but don't visit regularly. And we work seriously on discernment: what's signal, what's noise, what's yours, what belongs to the group.

We bring it into your life. Real-time practice with situations you're facing. The group becomes the holding structure for trusting what you find and acting on it, especially when the stakes are high and the old default is to go back to strategy. This is where VQ stops being an occasional experience and becomes a reliable intelligence / resource we can tend over time.

The financial exchange is $750 for the full three-month program. Installments available.
This is the second cohort; you’ll very much be part of co-creating this experience and building the foundation of future offerings!
I ask that participants miss no more than three sessions. The group cohesion we build is part of what makes this work.
About the Facilitator
I've spent the last 14 years exploring what happens when people connect deeply with themselves, each other, and something larger. That exploration has taken a lot of forms: executive coaching, storytelling, breathwork, energy medicine, shamanic practices, earth-based wisdom.
Along the way, I've recognized that there's a point at which conventional development simply...stops. And that the practices capable of carrying us further have been available for a very long time. We just stopped (or were prevented from) using them.
Quiet Vision is an experiment in bringing them back.
My own journey has unfolded in iterative spirals. As a kid, I always sensed there was something more than what I was learning in school. I felt it most in the forest. Lost in the magic of a great story. Co-creating worlds on stage as an actor.
That sense eventually led me to leave the comfort of what I knew and dive into my own healing process. This program bridges what I've found to our day-to-day lives and work. It’s magical and mundane.
It's a response to the question: How do we meet the times?

Because this is a practice, community and connection centered experience, it’s preferable that you attend all sessions live. You can miss up to three of the 12 sessions. If you’ll need to miss more than that, this is not the right fit for you right now.

At least an hour for practice and journaling. That said, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out!

Yes, with permission of participants, sessions will be recorded for the group. There will also be a video and audio resource library of practices to refer to.

No problem! Everything we’ll explore is designed to be accessible to newcomers as well as give seasoned practitioners invitations to greater depth in their work.

That’s really common; you’re not alone. The approach we take to breathwork is trauma-informed, gentle and honors the wisdom of your body. We don’t force hyperventiliation or intensity, but rather center connection with the breath.

I genuinely don’t know of another program that weaves inner work, spiritual exploration, and concrete application within the frame of Vibrational Intelligence the way this does. Ultimately, what makes the program unique is you and the community that we co-create together.
