How We Work
Every engagement begins with deep listening. Before we design a workshop or training experience, I want to understand where you are, your intentions, and what's alive in the space between—the unspoken tensions, the emerging possibilities, the questions that haven't found words yet.
From there, we co-create an experience that weaves together:
Embodied practices and experiences that help people drop into presence and access wisdom beyond the thinking mind;
