Breathwork is an ancient technique that clears stuck energy and helps you connect with your center. It's incredibly simple and can be learned in about two minutes. For something so seemingly simple, the results can be profound and even transformative. The practice is safe, experiential, and different for everyone. Join us for a workshop!

Men's Council + Breathwork Circle

A monthly group to explore, connect, and get real
Finding places where it feels safe to connect with ourselves and each other at a deeply human level, and as men, can be challenging. At the same time, we crave that connection. This group is all about creating a space for us to get real. To be honest with ourselves and each other, cut through the BS, and dig deep so that we can live more fully into our lives with a greater sense of purpose.

Michael’s technical knowledge of storytelling will stick with me – but much more importantly, Michael recognizes the power of story to build connections. The joy and celebration at the final presentation was something I’m not sure I’ve ever felt before. It was magical. ​
