About Breathwork
Breathwork is an ancient technique that clears stuck energy and helps you connect with your center. After just one session, many people report an increased sense of well-being, deep connection with self, and awareness of being part of something much greater than themselves.
As with any healing process, there may be some initial resistance or discomfort. After all, we're working to undo old patterns and release emotions that may have been dictating behavior for years–it's hard work! That said, Breathwork is safe, different for everyone and is best explored through direct experience. So come join us!

What to Expect at a Workshop
Every workshop begins with a welcome before moving into a grounding and check in. We then learn the breathwork technique together and move into the practice. The practice itself lasts for 30 to 40 minutes and there's time afterwards for journaling, questions, and sharing.
The atmosphere is welcoming, non-judgmental, open, and fun. No experience is necessary and skeptics are always, always welcome.
